Welcome to Movie Collector ("the App"), operated by FlowTasks. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for personal cataloging of physical media that you legally own. You will not:

Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or harassing content
Send messages containing profanity, hate speech, threats, or harassment
Post fraudulent marketplace listings or misrepresent item conditions
Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated tools to abuse the API or marketplace
Circumvent content filters or safety systems

2. Community Guidelines

All user-generated content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.

4. Subscriptions (Pro)

Monthly — $2.99 USD/month
Yearly — $19.99 USD/year

Payment is charged via Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (web). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your store settings or inside the App.

5. Marketplace — Peer-to-Peer Transactions

FlowTasks is NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, handle shipping, escrow funds, verify items, or guarantee any transaction. Users transact entirely at their own risk.

All negotiations, payments, and shipping are arranged directly between buyer and seller
We strongly recommend using payment methods with buyer protection (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services)
If you experience fraud, report it to us and to the appropriate payment provider or law enforcement
We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent practices

6. In-App Messaging

Messages are subject to our Community Guidelines and may be automatically filtered for prohibited content
Use the Report function to flag violations
You may block any user to prevent them from messaging you

7. TMDB Attribution

This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Movie data remains the property of their respective owners.

8. Affiliate Links

Movie Collector participates in the Amazon Associates Program and eBay Partner Network. We earn from qualifying purchases. The price you pay is the same.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. FlowTasks is not responsible for marketplace transactions between users, including fraud, non-delivery, misrepresentation, or payment disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowTasks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FlowTasks from any claims arising from your use of the marketplace, messaging features, or violation of these Terms.
